proactive and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated individual to manage and develop

relationships with our key retail partners and customers. This is a key role in our sales

strategy, requiring a blend of excellent relationship-building skills, sales expertise, and a

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, building

strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and customers, and ensuring that

ODD SOX is well represented in the market. You will work closely within the Key Account

Sales Director and Sales teams to deliver the best customer experiences and exceed

sales goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to increase product distribution and visibility with key and new retail partners.
  • Understand and report back on customer needs and market trends, providing valuable insights that guide product offerings and marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration across departments to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead negotiations and communication with key accounts to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring long-term business success.
  • Monitor account performance and sales metrics, adjusting strategies and actions to meet revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise with key accounts, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Proactively review retailer specific requirements and work with all departments to ensure smooth production processes and meet customer expectations.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to capitalize on new opportunities for growth.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a key account management or sales role.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and drive sales growth with key accounts.
  • Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs, translating them into successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to look at sales solutions from a unique perspective.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Preferred candidates will have a book of current business with strong retailer relationships.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Estimated dates of delivery may be affected by holidays, recognized holiday dates, and carrier holiday schedules. 

Most carriers deliver within 2-8 business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our distribution center in Florida, US headquarters and distribution center.

Exchanges & Returns

Customers may return items through the return portal, purchased from oddsox.com within 30 days from the date of purchase on eligible for returns (Return Policy). Sox Boxes are excluded from exchanges.

Products purchased elsewhere will need to be return to the merchant where the order was placed.

Address changes are not permitted; however, please email us at online@oddsox.com so that we can review the request and provide available options as soon as an issue is identified.

Once the order has shipped, you must contact the package carrier and inform them of the change in delivery address.

Cancellation requests are reviewed each day before orders are processed and we will work to honor any cancellation request, however, if the order has been processed and marked as shipped or is in transit with the carrier, canceling the order will not be possible. Please see our Return Policy on how to start a return once it has been delivered.
