Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the brand, drive customer acquisition, and achieve company growth goals. This position requires a creative and analytical individual with strong leadership skills who can collaborate across departments and lead marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
● Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to various marketing channels.
● Plan, create, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, print, events, SEO/SEM).
● Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia for marketing materials.
● Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
● Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
● Analyze data from campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
● Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support, etc.) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
● Develop customer engagement strategies to drive brand loyalty and retention.
● Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management detailing campaign performance, trends, and recommendations.
● Use analytics tools to track marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Implement strategies to improve customer experiences across various touchpoints.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Excellent communication skills: Strong ability to listen actively, clearly explain information, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
● Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
● Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
● Experience with analytics and marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc.).
● Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing tools is a plus.
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience required.
● At least five years’ related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
