As a Performance Marketing Manager, the position is responsible for overseeing the company's digital marketing initiatives, optimizing ad performance, and maximize ROI. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of paid media channels, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.
· Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and ensure optimal return on investment.
· Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and derive insights for ongoing optimization.
· Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive engagement.
· Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
· Leverage marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms to enhance campaign efficiency.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
· Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive growth and scale marketing initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
· Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
· Experience with attribution models, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or consumer brands is a plus.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent work experience.
· 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer remotely.
· Travel may be required.
· Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
