Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Senior Manager the position is responsible for overseeing the company's digital marketing initiatives, optimize ad performance, and maximize ROI. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of paid media channels, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Set and lead the strategic vision for performance marketing across all paid media channels (Search, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliate, and Influencer), ensuring alignment with brand, revenue, and customer acquisition goals.
· Own full-funnel media strategy and execution, driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through sophisticated targeting, messaging, and offer strategies.
· Manage and optimize the media budget with accountability for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and revenue contribution - identifying scaling opportunities and efficiency gains across channels.
· Design and implement a robust testing framework, owning experimentation across creative, audience segmentation, landing experiences, bidding models, and channel mix.
· Lead the integration of performance data across platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, etc.) to build a clear attribution and insights engine that informs both tactical execution and long-term strategy.
· Partner cross-functionally with creative, brand, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with promotional calendars, brand voice, and conversion best practices.
· Evaluate and oversee performance marketing partners, including media agencies, affiliate networks, and influencers - ensuring delivery against KPIs and continuous improvement.
· Stay ahead of platform and industry trends, surfacing innovative media tactics, betas, and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and new growth opportunities.
· Mentor and lead internal team, contributing to a performance-driven culture and building scalable processes that elevate execution and accelerate results.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
· Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
· Experience running Influencer/Affiliate marketing campaigns.
· Experience with attribution models, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or consumer brands is a plus.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
· 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer remotely.
• Travel may be required.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
