Holiday Shipping
Orders for the holiday season must be placed by 12/16/24. Carrier delays may impact deliveries once they leave the Odd Sox warehouse.
All shipping guidelines are for domestic orders. If you are located outside of the United States, we encourage you to order as soon as possible for Holiday deliveries.
Order Process & Shipping
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Estimated dates of delivery may be affected by holidays, recognized holiday dates, and carrier holiday schedules.
- Order cutoff time is 6 am EST during non-peak season.
- Shipment notification and tracking are provided via email or text message once the order has been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier.
- Buyers are responsible for providing a valid ship-to/delivery address at the time they confirm their order; we try our best to validate all addresses but will not be responsible for non-delivery due to missing information or invalid ship-to/delivery addresses.
- Address changes are not permitted; however, please email us at online@oddsox.com so that we can review the request and provide available options as soon as an issue is identified.
- Shipping charges and services for all orders or returned packages are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Requests are reviewed each day before orders are processed and we will work to honor any cancellation request, however, if the order has been processed and marked as shipped or is in transit with the carrier, canceling the order will not be possible. Please see the Return Policy.
Domestic Shipping
- Only applies to U.S. addresses using the economy ship method.
- The United States includes the following: The contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and the Virgin Islands.
- United States charges are determined by your merchandise, service level selected and destination address. All other international charges are reflected below.
Standard Shipping Rates
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Carrier time is dependent on shipping type and carrier volumes. Most carriers deliver within 2-8 business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our distribution center in Florida, US headquarters and distribution center.
Priority & Express Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, depending on when they were placed. Orders do not get processed on weekends at this time. USPS priority mail delivery times range from 1-3 business days, and carrier volumes once the package is taken possession of by the carrier. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO require additional transit time.
International Shipping
International shipping is calculated based on several factors including the number of items purchased, the items weight, desired shipping speed, and the destination country.
Duties (or custom tariffs) and tax calculations for international shipments are the customer's responsibility and will vary depending on the final destination country customs authorities.
We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to duties, tax or VAT payments owed.
Order Not Received
Orders delayed/no tracking updates for 7 days or more, contact online@oddsox.com for assistance.
Lost/Stolen Orders
Lost/Stolen orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
