proactive and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated individual to manage and develop
relationships with our key retail partners and customers. This is a key role in our sales
strategy, requiring a blend of excellent relationship-building skills, sales expertise, and a

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, building
strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and customers, and ensuring that
ODD SOX is well represented in the market. You will work closely within the Key Account
Sales Director and Sales teams to deliver the best customer experiences and exceed
sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to increase product distribution and visibility with key and new retail partners.
- Understand and report back on customer needs and market trends, providing valuable insights that guide product offerings and marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration across departments to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Lead negotiations and communication with key accounts to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring long-term business success.
- Monitor account performance and sales metrics, adjusting strategies and actions to meet revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise with key accounts, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Proactively review retailer specific requirements and work with all departments to ensure smooth production processes and meet customer expectations.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a key account management or sales role.
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and drive sales growth with key accounts.
- Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs, translating them into successful sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to look at sales solutions from a unique perspective.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Preferred candidates will have a book of current business with strong retailer relationships.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
