Job Summary:

The Director of Real Estate oversees the company’s real estate portfolio strategy and execution, including acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and disposition. This role ensures that all real estate initiatives align with business objectives, support growth, and optimize operational efficiency and costs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy aligned with business goals.

·      Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities (acquisition, leasing, development).

·      Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts.

·      Manage and analyze the existing portfolio, identifying opportunities for consolidation, expansion, or cost reduction.

·      Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and development teams.

·      Oversee construction, renovations, or buildouts when necessary.

·      Ensure regulatory compliance and due diligence on all real estate transactions.

·      Maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and municipal authorities.

·      Monitor real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Education and Experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.

·      5-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

·      Hold an active Real Estate License

     Physical Requirements:

·      Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·      Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
