Holiday Shipping

Orders for the holiday season must be placed by 12/18/25. Carrier delays may impact deliveries once they leave the ODD SOX warehouse.

All shipping guidelines are for domestic orders. If you are located outside of the United States, we encourage you to order as soon as possible for holiday deliveries.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs

  • Last day to select Standard Mail: December 16
  • Last day to select Priority Mail: December 17
  • Last day to select Express Mail: December 18

Order Process & Shipping

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Estimated delivery dates may be affected by holidays and carrier schedules.
  • Order cutoff time is 6:00 AM EST during non-peak season.
  • Shipment notifications and tracking are provided via email or text once the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address at checkout. We attempt to validate addresses but are not responsible for non-delivery due to missing or invalid information.
  • Address changes are not permitted; however, email online@oddsox.com as soon as an issue is identified and we will provide available options.
  • Shipping charges and services for all orders or returned packages are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests are reviewed daily before orders are processed. If an order has been processed, marked as shipped, or is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please see the Return Policy.

Domestic Shipping

  • Applies to U.S. addresses using economy shipping.
  • The United States includes the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Charges are determined by merchandise, selected service level, and destination address.

Standard Shipping Rates

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Transit time depends on the selected service and carrier volume. Most carriers deliver within 2–8 business days after pickup, depending on distance from our Florida distribution center.

Priority & Express Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends. USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 1–3 business days after carrier pickup, subject to carrier volume. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO may require additional transit time.

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated based on item count, weight, desired speed, and destination country.

Duties (custom tariffs) and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination country’s customs authorities.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unpaid duties, taxes, or VAT.

Order Not Received

If your order is delayed or shows no tracking updates for 7 days or more, contact online@oddsox.com for assistance.
